UPS website is a clusterfuck of bad design decisions.

I hate myself every time I have to use that piece of shit.

Someone literally went the extra mile to make it worse in any way possible.

I pray to God that person is not alive anymore.

    It took me 45min to set up an ups account. And another two hours to find out that because of a bug on this crap website that i can't use their service. I went to DHL, it was half the price of ups and was set up in 10min.

    You can try the App, it's not half as bad as the website. Really limited features, though. But for the basics it's more comfortable than their shitty website.

    @nyjan Oh yeah, that half a gig monstrosity that won't even accept our account ID and is not able to properly show the shipping cost because they don't cover all the discounts we have for the different zones.
