Depends....
3-5 years.
Though I regret staying in the last job for 5 years, I should have run away after 2 years.
My current job has it's extremely shitty moments - without a doubt - but I can organize myself, noone decides over my head without regretting it deeply (not joking) and I feel appreciated.
It's in balance.
How often do you change jobs?
For example, I change jobs every 2 years. in a year I can completely learn a profession from scratch, and in another year to develop it to the maximum and understand whether I want to further develop in it or change it. but when I came to the company to work on this project I realized that I want to further develop within the company and I have been working here for 3.5 years. that's it. everyone is different!
