Idk how people do it lol

Im far from and extroverted person but sitting at home all day drove me bar shit crazy. I had to go outside frequently. Found myself going to the grocer store everyday just to get outside and be around people.

Im sure I could find a way to make it work but jesus i needed some human interaction to keep from recreating the artwork of kurt cobain

A work where I take a speaker role and keep gears moving. Yes, I'm mentoring 🤓 Of all things, I never expected to be so natural at it. I'm glad to have this WFH, even though I just get $200/week. Well, at least I'm never getting micromanaged and can pave my own teaching experience!

Work from home is largely better, the problem is there are still boomers who think we still live under Rockefeller and ford and that productivity means consistant time input.

Which is retarded. You may work 60 hours this week, 20 the next week. It doesn't fucking matter. You don't command when you'll be productive, but freedom will largely make you happy, and happiness will make you productive.

If you're not productive at home, it's because you're trying to work like you would in an office.

You go to an office, you're playing with dice. It may be your most productive hours or your worst. During WFH your hours will always be productive. You end up outputting more for less.

Though, young kids can drive you a little crazy, but it's a lot healthier for kids to be with their parents anyway. So all hail to not creating a future generation of psychopaths!
