Yup this happened to me today.

I can relate.

Client: There's a bug in the app

Dev: What happened? Was there an error message and what did it say? Was it the first time it happened? What steps preceded the bug happening? Can you send me a screenshot or video of it happening?

Client sends sone of the requested info.

Dev fixes the bug.
