Doesn't matter how good the dentist is. They still can't actually repair tooth damages. The patch tech has gotten better though - you can go to one that uses a laser instead of a comventional drill and prints crowns on site with a 3D printer...

At the end, the biggest difference will be the costs. In the US healthcare isn't a basic human right of the citizens - but a costly privilegue for the ones who can afford it. So better read up on prices and what your insurance covers - or you might suffer a cardiac arrest on seeing the bill.
