Meta asked developer applicant in an interview to create a twitter clone, he did that and then they published the clone under their name.

lol, I tried to search to learn about threads. Nothing that actually talks about how it works or its pros and cons. But most of the threads "reviews" have Elon derangement syndrome. They like threads because Elon sucks.

Prediction: threads will be deads in a few months.

just simple text social media is such a basic base. imo it's not about if it can be or not. the strength of devRant imo is that it's just all (besides some trash rants of specific users) dev related. you don't get distracted by stupid politics or the next hot girl. besides, the small userbase of dR is great cuz ppl know each other. i would't feel great telling others that i'm a twitter or faceshit user. i feel good about being on dR though for some reason.

@Demolishun hah. rather cool dudes like dfox and trogus :)). And Elon idk whats his plan. How politicians and 'scienetists' will go about his changes to make twitter paid and restricted for the audiance of those. and zuck, well who ever trusted this guy no clue. the most stupid ppl are the ones in power who would have thought.
