By the end of August I'm getting about a 1500$ and im planning to buy a used motorbike, a laptop, a Rx Vega 56 and to upgrade my internet. My budget for a laptop is around 150 to 200$. Any recommendations?

A secondhand thinkpad. The model depends on if you prefer having a big screen over portability.

I would say the x220 to be a safe bet.

I got a ASUS x205ta for around that price. It had an insane battery (~12h). Screen wasn't too bad. Could play basic games. Could easily do programming. Small, light. Had a micro HDMI port. Two USB ports and a micro SD slot. 2GB of ram, Intel atom. HD graphics. Accurate fast smooth touchpad, nice size. Recently sold it for a surface pro.
