2017 and I still have to work with Angular 1 because, according to my manager, other frameworks aren't safe for now

    Security? Angular has the same xss prevention like every other decent framework.

    He means that other frameworks aren't as mature and the devs aren't as familiar with them

    @renanpvaz ah okay, that's just as wrong.
    That they changed all the api's from angular.js to angular, just shows how unmature it was. And the api's were just horrible and I don't believe that lots of devs actually are really familiar with them. React and ember are much more mature and I guess vue is as well.

    @plusgut I totally agree with you. I tried explaining to him that React has a lower learning curve while Angular 1 has a huge and complex API.

    @renanpvaz I have no problem with a hard learning curve, but the api of angular is just messy. There were features which seem to be the same, but under the hood it does something completly different and the performance goes nuts.
    Yep, very mature this piece of shit :D

    P.S. it would be great if you give the link to this rant, to your manager. I would like to argue with him.
