Going to love this new features. Hope it's any stable and will give other options instead of just Ubuntu.

    i still dont see the point other then my bash scripts will now be able to be run on windows servers (with modifications to paths?)

    @mattwebdev I'm using bash to run Redis while writing ASP.NET apps in Visual Studio that use the Redis cache. I can then later deploy to Azure using the Azure Redis Cache, so it's a very natural workflow for me.

    @Gawk I wonder if Linux allows usage of the Visual Studio Isolated Shell. That'd open the road to develop Atmel applications on Mac / Linux. Then again, Atmel got trapped by the 'vendor lock-in' trap that Microsoft had set out.
