I go to a University that has a co-op program, so I move every 4 months.

I just realized, it takes me longer to setup a new (linux) system than it does to setup my room.

It takes me 4mins to install Arch + 3min for de config and stuff and another 10mins to "rice" my system a little. That's faster than windows boots from installation DVD

What distro are you using? (And also times for setting up your room)

@b3b3 I use Debian with XFCE and while it isn't bad to install and copy config, I does take time to extract and install all the IDEs and such, as well as troubleshoot driver issues. Also, I it only takes me like 30 mins to setup my desk, put things away, etc to setup my room.
