    @heyheni Let's just say my username used to be JavaScript.

    But for real, they paid good (the company, not me though) and I learned a lot from these, although stupid, obstacles.
    It just felt so dumb to ninja though it because they refused to advance from the stone age.

    See that's why I advocate upgrading to Windows 10. Because they aren't switching to Linux anyway. Atleast they use latest technology which will be easier for developer to deploy in most of the cases.

    @vikaskr If only... At that time they still ran Windows XP.
    I don't work as a consultant for them anymore but last I heard they're upgrading since XP support is expiring.

    @SHA-16384 Miraculously they haven't had any scandal if that sort (yet).
    But they got in real trouble when the prime interest rate became negative (in Sweden) a few years ago because their systems couldn't handle negative floats.
