    WTF, is ... this for real? What is worse, Verizon or Comcast at this point?

    What are you trying to fix? World peace?
    8 hour calls for support are wow just wow.
  • 22
    Finally concluded. Just to get another call... For another application
  • 14
    More like FML. 🙁
  • 14
    Wtf... How can you handle that? The fact that you have the patience to continue the call is simply amazing!

    @QueenMorgana I’m interested in knowing what kind of problem could possibly require that kind of time frame on a call.
  • 23
    @C0D4 "it's not working"
    "how is it not working?"
    "not doing what it should"

    Oooooooook. Turns out it was a thing that shouldn't have been impacting it, but their devs coded the error wrong so when the error occurs, it all breaks...

    @QueenMorgana 8 hours for them to work out they stuffed up.

    I bow at your patience levels.

    @Lahsen2016 was a total of 18 yesterday. Kept dropping to call people in so not all one instance for screenshot

    @C0D4 mute is a wonderful function

    That's insane. Anytime I've had to call for support for anything, it's never been even close to that long. And I'm an idiot.

    @MissDirection these aren't with general users. They're with server teams, network team, dev team, etc. When typical users call in, I tell them to stay in the line to test, and then call dev team to interact with.

    How many cups of coffee were you down with by the end?

    I saw something fun on iOS but I'm not sure if it works on android:
    Start a face time
    Go into time setting and change time forward
    Then the total call time will change based on whatever you set the time to

    @nik0333 I didn't have time to make coffee, so 0 💔
