Time to go senior?
I am a web dev for 2.5 years now.
It's my second company.
Had couple of side projects.
And I still feel I don't know enough to be called senior..

Bruh, wutface, senior?

< 3 is junior, 4-5 years is mid. 5+ is maybe senior if you can prove it.

I can't believe what I've just read...

2.5 years senior, fuck me. Don't even joke about that.

@htlr that's arguably the downfall of most startups, whole bunch of inexperienced people thinking they are experienced

@D--M I'll agree on that, but for a growing startup especially if its service based, the amount of things u learn in a short span of time is pretty much more than average. Obviously this might be a false assumption. But if it works, it Ain’t stupid 😂

Sure, you learn a lot.. but in no way do you become an expert in anything you learn :P
