They celebrated the first successful cryogenic freezing. She had no way of letting them know she was still conscious.

    That’s dark.

    One of my greatest fears is being trapped in a conscious state in a body that can’t move.

    @Lensflare I feared this every time I went under GA

    @Lensflare sleep paralysis, I had it a couple of times, fortunately it only lasts less than a minute

    @cafecortado lucky you. Mine last from minutes to tens of minutes. The worse the nightmare I'm waking up myself from, the longer the paralysis. Sometimes it's a paralysis inception: the moment I free myself from it and start moving, getting up and walking around, I come to realize I'm still in a nightmare

    @kiki what is GA?

    @cafecortado @netikras One time, I woke up but couldn't move, and I started hearing noises, like static but very loud, then I see "someone" standing by the side of my bed. I'm not sure how long it lasted but fffffucking shit I panicked, I already knew that I was prone to hallucinations but I never thought I'd get literal night demons.

    Sharing this story was a bad idea.
